Payment Policy – Torque Academy

1. Payment Methods

We accept available payment methods including electronic payments, cards, mobile wallets, or other approved options.

4. Live Session Credits

Users must purchase credits or session packages to attend live sessions.
Credits are deducted upon booking or attending a session.
Credits cannot be transferred between users.
In the event that the tutor fails to attend the lecture, the session credits shall be restored to the student’s account.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend live sessions.
Upon purchase, users are granted immediate access to digital content (live or recorded). This access constitutes full delivery of the service, and therefore, the purchase is not eligible for refunds.
Failure to attend a scheduled live session does not entitle the user to a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues arising from the user's device, internet connection, or software limitations.
Torque Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and handle exceptional cases. Any granted compensation will be in the form of credits or rescheduling—not monetary refunds.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without contacting Torque Academy first will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in permanent suspension of the account.
By purchasing any product or service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, access will not be granted.
Any deducted amount due to payment errors should be resolved with the payment provider.

6. Unauthorized Payments

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and authorized.
Torque Academy is not responsible for payments made using unauthorized methods.
