Terms and Conditions – Torque Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Torque Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Torque Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Courses and Live Sessions

• Torque Academy provides both courses and live sessions.
• Courses are available for online viewing only and may not be downloaded, copied, or shared.
• Live sessions are accessed through purchased credits or session packages.
• Access to live sessions is granted only after payment is successfully completed.
• Neither the tutor nor the student may cancel or postpone a live session within two hours of the scheduled lecture time, and the credit shall be deducted with no refund by the academy.

4. Credit System (Live Sessions)

• Users may purchase credits or session packages to attend live classes.
• Credits are neither transferable nor refundable and can only be used by the purchasing user.

5. Instructor Approval

• All instructors must receive prior approval from Torque Academy before publishing any content or conducting sessions.
• Torque Academy reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content or instructor.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform is owned by Torque Academy or its instructors.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Share accounts or login credentials
• Record, copy, or distribute course or live session content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior towards instructors or users

8. Limitation of Responsibility

• Torque Academy provides educational content for learning and development purposes.
• User outcomes depend on individual effort and engagement.

9. Account Termination

Torque Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
